We were so happy to be able to help support the families at the Pete Anderson FUSION Family Center at their back to school event. Volunteers helped fill and distribute backpacks filled with school supplies. “The Pete”, as it is called, provides emergency shelter to families in Federal Way. The ultimate goal is for families to become stable, thriving and self-sufficient and to help reduce the number of families experiencing homelessness in South King County.
