Volunteers Help at FUSION Family Center

We were so happy to be able to help support the families at the Pete Anderson FUSION Family Center at their back to school event. Volunteers helped fill and distribute backpacks filled with school supplies. “The Pete”, as it is called, provides emergency shelter to families in Federal Way. The ultimate goal is for families to become stable, thriving and self-sufficient and to help reduce the number of families experiencing homelessness in South King County. A special thank you to our volunteers, Bob & Christie Fredrickson, Julie Hiller, Kim Egge, Pauline Mengle, Kendra Breyer, Sovi Sen, Kaycie Watmore and Dave & Valerie Danforth for all of your help!
