Property Management Certification Class

This class is provided for CB Danforth brokers who want to become certified to manage rental property for, or with, CB Danforth.  The course will cover review of the management process, listing of contracts, tenant lease contracts, landlord/tenant laws, accounting process and screening criteria.  You must take this class if you would like to become a property manager. The course tuition is $50 if you wish to receive 4 clock hours or $20 for no clock hours. Only 12 spaces are available and your spot will be confirmed with advance payment.
