This class is designed for brokers in our New Broker Program, but experienced brokers are welcome to attend as well.  We will be discussing the following topics:

• Buyer Presentations
• Overview of the home buying process
• Initial buyer meeting / information gathering
• Setting up custom property searches on the NWMLS / tracking buyer’s favorites
• Scheduling property tours
• CMAs for buyers
• Buyer checklist
